Cancellation / Booking Policy
A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. For Christmas, Easter, June/July and Sept/Oct school holiday bookings, 50% is required at time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non refunable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation or another booking negotiated. In this instance, a $30.00 administration fee will then apply.
