Bayplay Beach Apartments: located in Portsea, they are three bedroom self contained accommodation opposite the Portsea Hotel. Large lounge, deck with BBQ, private entrance, TV and DVD, across the road from Portsea Pier and bay beach.

Bayplay Cottage: located in Blairgowrie, on an acre amidst the trees, the Cottage is perfect for families or as an addition to the Lodge for large groups. Two bedrooms with queen bed and single bunk beds, large front and rear deck, fenced yard.

Bayplay Lodge: located on an acre amidst the trees, the Lodge offers budget individual or group accommodation for up to 34 people. Shared rooms, double and family rooms available.
