Tim has just returned from living in the U.K. where he was most recently employed in the kitchens of The River Cafe where Tim says, he discovered his "real enthusiasm for seasonal produce - a menu that changes every day really challenges your thinking." Tim also spent time working for Gordon Ramsay at The Connaught before deciding to head back to Australia.
Tim brings with him a passion for using excellent quality local produce, to create simple, memorable food. His new menu makes the most of fresh seasonal ingredients - some sourced from our very own garden!
