Prize winning architectural company, Harmer and Associates were again commissioned to develop a second stage downstairs cellar door facility called "The Hide".

This expanded and exciting new adjacent to the Estate was officially opened in November 2005 by the Deputy Premier, the Honourable John Thwaites, Minister for the Environment and Water. 

The Hide is designed to enhance the wine experience; educational and tasting opportunities are available accompanied by casual 'grazing' type of food options. The new deck adjacent to the vines will extend the alfresco enjoyment of the gorgeous Estate environment.

Evelyn County Estate's luxurious accommodation "Evelyn County Retreat" will enable a more prolonged and enjoyable stay at the Estate.
